Hi friends, so the bulk of our touring year is behind us, now comes the fun of capturing the action for our upcoming AXS TV show. The concert special celebrates our being awarded the RIAA Diamond Award for surpassing ten million in domestic sales for our Hi Infidelity album, and will be a combination of live concert and interview footage. I sat in on a mixdown session with Joe Vannelli and Joe Primeau at Blue Moon Studio this afternoon, and was honestly blown away with the energy of both the audio and the video. We will be sifting through the backstage and interview footage, and helping assemble the show over the next couple weeks. AXS TV has us scheduled to air during early November.
At the same time, we are stoked by the new version of our original “I Believe In Santa Claus”, as well as the re-mastered Not So Silent Night collection, with our takes on classic Christmas songs. Be on the lookout for the online release, followed by CD and vinyl in the coming weeks on Rhino Records.

PS. I took my boys to the El Rey Theater in LA to see an awesome young English rock band called Nothing But Thieves last week. This band has renewed my faith in the future of guitar based, song oriented, high energy rock and roll. Check out their song, “Amsterdam”. Let me know what you think…
