Hi Friends, I just learned the sad news about the passing of legendary free-form DJ and old friend, Jim Ladd. Richrath and I talked with Jim up at his Laurel Canyon pad for his InnerView program several times over the years, and I looked forward to each session. He was one of the last of his kind; a true broadcast artist who played the music he loved by the bands he loved, and we all loved him. I was talking about how it had been too long since I had seen or spoken to Jim, just the other day. I wish I would have called him right then. Rest in peace amigo. … kc
